July 2026 Rebranding Update

A Marketing Committee, formed by President Evelyn Ruiz, has been meeting since April to review and update FFRGOC’s marketing materials used both within and outside our organization. The committee consisted of Evelyn Ruiz, Marlon and Chat Agbayani, Mary Ann Puzon, Carolina Hampton, Maui Bustillos and Fely Claudio. The Committee evaluated and refined several key elements: the Mission Statement, logo, official font and colors, tagline, and the Welcome/Information brochure. Each member shared recommendations, the group voted on the best options, and the final proposals were presented to the Board during the July meeting. All recommendations were approved, and implementation is now underway.
Purpose of the Rebranding
The goal of this rebranding effort is to strengthen FFRGOC’s image, making it positive, welcoming, and aligned with the current needs of the community—especially to attract nonmembers and younger generations. It also aims to help all FFRGOC members clearly understand and confidently express what our organization stands for.
Key Updates
- Updated Mission Statement Guided by the Holy Spirit, we joyfully share our Filipino heritage as we follow Christ and promote devotion to the Holy Rosary in honor of Mama Mary.
- New Tagline (Verbal Logo) The committee is developing a short, memorable phrase that communicates FFRGOC’s identity and helps people instantly recognize our organization. “Uniting families through the power of the Holy Rosary.”
- Updated FFRGOC Logo The original logo is retained but now enclosed in a new case/shell. The design highlights Mother Mary leading us to Jesus, with inward-facing hands symbolizing unity and Christ at the center. The background color is navy blue.
- Official Colors and Font
- Colors: Blue, white, and gold
- Font: Arial
- Welcome/Information Brochure The committee is currently finalizing the updated brochure. Once completed, it will be posted on the FFRGOC website for everyone to access.
Moving Forward
Our President encourages all members to:
- Remember and confidently recite the updated Mission Statement
- Recognize the updated logo—even from afar
- Use the new tagline naturally in conversations
These updates will help unify our identity and strengthen our presence within the community.
August 15, 2026, Gala Dinner Fundraising at Knott’s Berry Farm Hotel
More members of the hardworking team for Set up — Angel Garcia, Wally Claudio, Dean Miyata, Glenn Puzon, and Franco Puzon.
This wonderful group has faithfully made themselves available year after year to help with the preparation and setup. Their dedication is such a blessing. Our hope and prayer is that others will feel inspired to join in this effort.
As we always say, the more hands we have, the easier and faster we can get the venue ready so everyone can arrive at a beautiful space, enjoy the evening, and soak in the joyful ambience we’ve prepared together. We’d love for more hearts and hands to be part of this meaningful work.

Silent Auction Highlight
The Silent Auction’s biggest success was the Tropical Kuai Resort accommodation package, valued at $799.00.
The winning bid of $1,700.00 was made by Remedios Manzanilla, making this item the highest-earning auction package of the event.
This exceptional package was graciously donated by
Dr. Lita Casquejo, a longtime, and valued member of FFRGOC. She founded the First Saturdays Rosary Novena at St. Nicholas Catholic Church and is one of the original members of the HRPCC Choir. FFRGOC extends its heartfelt appreciation for her generosity, faithful service, and enduring support of our mission.

Highlights of the Meeting
- Mama Mia Gala Dinner Summary – The event was a wonderful success, raising funds to support the upcoming Rosary Rally in October as well as the Seminarian Scholarship Program. Heartfelt appreciation was expressed to all sponsors and volunteers for their generosity and service.
- Annual Rosary Rally Committee Review – Committees provided updates on their ongoing preparations. The event flyer was distributed, featuring a QR code for easy registration. Everyone is encouraged to begin inviting fellow members, family, and friends to register and RSVP for this free event.
- Upcoming Events & Reminders
- September 6 – Vegas Turnaround Trip: Two buses are reserved, and food plus fun activities are planned for all attendees.
- October 3 – Annual Rosary Rally at St. Bonaventure, Huntington Beach, CA (Please see attached flyer for sharing and distribution.)
- December 14 – Simbang Gabi at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, Fountain Valley, CA
