PrayServe 50th Anniversary Challenge

FFRGOCAugust 28, 20262 min read

Following the recently concluded 50th Jubilee celebration of our Diocese of Orange, we are called to continue our spiritual momentum and put our faith into action.

To commemorate this milestone, the Diocese has launched the 50th Anniversary Challenge through the new PrayServe companion app, outlined below. The challenge calls us to a year of generous service, radical hospitality, and faith-filled prayer, aiming for three specific diocesan goals:

  • 500,000 Hours of Adoration
  • 500,000 Hours of Service
  • 500,000 Rosaries Prayed

For our Federation of Filipino Rosary Groups, this third goal speaks directly to the heart of our mission. Propagating the Block Rosary movement and uniting our families in prayer to our Blessed Mother is exactly what we do best. The diocese is explicitly asking the faithful to pray "in our families and on our own, asking for our Mother Mary's Intercession." This challenge is a beautiful opportunity for us to offer our primary devotion for the wider community and help the diocese reach this milestone.

Let us lead by example and show the diocese the enduring strength of our devotion. I encourage all of you to join this holy effort in three simple steps:

  1. Download the PrayServe App (free on iOS & Android).
  2. Log your hours and track your daily rosaries.
  3. Let God lead the way as we grow in faith and connect with our parishes.

Let us continue to pray together and make every rosary count.
