Annual FFRGOC Summer Family Picnic — Sunday, June 14, 2026

This year, FFRGOC hosted the Annual Summer Picnic for all our members, families, friends, and guests. Shelter 1 at Mile Square Park in Fountain Valley, CA became a lively gathering place where we welcomed the season with fellowship, laughter, and a fun-filled day of games, conversations, and delicious food shared by our community.

We opened the celebration with the recitation of the Holy Rosary, followed by a meaningful reflection from our Spiritual Director, Fr. Juan Caboboy. President Evelyn Ruiz then offered a warm welcome and shared a few important announcements.

Afterward, everyone enjoyed a bountiful buffet of entrées, complemented by side dishes, fruits, and desserts lovingly brought by attendees. It was truly a feast in every sense.

Our First Vice President, Mary Ann Puzon, served as the energetic MC for the day, while Second Vice President Marlon Agbayani and Chat Agbayani, Director of Social Activities greeted guests and promoted our upcoming Dinner Gala Fundraising Event. Their efforts helped raise $142.00 in raffle ticket sales during the picnic.

While the adults enjoyed a lively round of BINGO, the youth had their own share of excitement with games and prizes led by our Youth Director, Sean Agbayani. We were blessed to have 13 young participants, each bringing joy and energy to the celebration.

We extend our heartfelt appreciation to the Picnic Committee, led by Boots Mercado as Chairperson, together with Sol Sollorano, Chat Agbayani, and Nenita Miyata. Their dedication, along with the support of the Executive Board, Officers, and countless volunteers from various Chapters and Areas, made this gathering truly memorable.

It was a beautiful day that strengthened friendships, deepened our sense of community, and reminded us of the blessings we share as one FFRGOC family.
